TRIP IS NOW FULL - SEE NEW 2012 TRIPCovering an area of 65 million square miles, the Pacific Ocean is the biggest single feature on earth. In the center of these waters is the Hawaiian Archipelago. Kaua’i is the northernmost of the populated islands and by far the most ancient. The climatic conditions on Kaua’i led to its nickname of the Garden Island. Something is always in bloom. ![]() Come join us on a 10-day adventure on this unique island. Experience the grandeur of Waimea Canyon, the drama of the Na Pali coast, some of the most spectacular beaches, rainbows, waterfalls and whales. At the center is Mount Wai’ale’ale, the wettest spot of the planet, averaging 460 inches of rain per year and creating waterfalls too numerous to count. Scenes from movies including all three Jurassic Park movies, Six Days/Seven Nights, Blue Hawaii, South Pacific, and many more were filmed on this island. Our lodging for the entire stay will be in Kapaa on the Coconut Coast. Located in the Coconut Market Place, the condo’s have fully equipped kitchens and are within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, numerous other shops and, of course, the blue Pacific Ocean. We will hike, kayak, experience a Lu’au and enjoy a snorkeling cruise from this central location. Daily Itinerary Outing Cost: The cost will be $1350.00 per person. Payment Policy: A deposit of $350.00 is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance of $1000.00 is due no later than October 1, 2010. . Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel the trip at any time an $85 ADK registration is non-refundable. The balance of the deposit is fully refundable up to October 1, 2010. After October 1, 2010 no refunds are possible unless your space can be filled from a waiting list. Accommodations:One bedroom, fully equipped condo’s. This will give us an opportunity to prepare our own breakfast and lunches. We will provide transportation to a restaurant each night; however, you will also have the option preparing your dinner on some nights.
